The Traditional Mojito Recipe

A mojito is a clear cocktail originating in Cuba. Its sweet and refreshing taste makes it a popular summer-time drink. The traditional mojito recipe calls for the following 5 basic ingredients: rum, sugar, lime, carbonated water and mint.

Mojito Recipe
To mix a mojito, sugar, lime juice and mint are mashed together gently in a tall glass. Ice (crushed) is then added, followed by rum and lastly club soda.
